I have over 14 years experience in the beverage alcohol industry working across a wide range of categories including: Gin, Vodka, Whisk(e)y, Tequila, Bourbon, Rums, mixed drinks, mid proofs, liqueurs, RTDs, Flavoured Malt Beverages, Creams and Non-Alcoholic beverages.

My penultimate role was leading R&D for the futures team including Distil ventures a home for spirits entrepreneurs.

I have very strong Innovation skills having worked on a number of complex technical development projects requiring management of multiple work streams to ensure success. I have led work with external technology providers encompassing stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership in order to deliver projects.

I have spent in excess of 3 years supporting the Diageo Global Licencing team to establish and grow a portfolio of licensed food products utilising key brands such as Guinness, Baileys and Captain Morgan. This grew my network within the food industry and led to further skill stretch within product innovations taking brand alcohol flavour signatures into categories opening up new markets and opportunities.

With a passion for creating possibilities, bringing things to life and making them tangible in prototype form allows me to be able to assess the scale of the technical challenge to make the products commercially viable.

I have a strong scientific background with a BSc in Food Science and Technology, spending more than 14 years creating world-class liquids with the Diageo Innovation R&D team.
